CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Want to make an impact as a COO for a growing Lead Gen online advertising group? We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer Star!

We are recruiting a Chief Operating Officer (COO) role for the Katz Group of Businesses (EQUATE Media, Quote Runner, Budget Van Lines, Home Expert, Uload, P4P). This role is a direct report to the firm’s Founder and Chief Executive Officer and is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team.

We are seeking a COO whose operational expertise and drive are aligned with the firm’s passion for designing and delivering online innovative products and solutions that exceed customers’ expectations. We are seeking a “move the needle leader” – one whose professional achievements have earned market recognition. The COO will be responsible for overseeing firm-wide operational strategy and services, ensuring sustained business success while also integrating operational best practices with high-impact results.

For more than a decade these businesses have delivered double-digit growth, recognized as the sector leader in their key markets. The firm is privately-owned and self-funded firm, and the COO will lead in the firm’s 100% multi-cultural virtual environment. We are seeking a leader who shares the firm’s vision, mission and passion, who is eager to collaborate develop and recognize the teams, and consistently deliver significant results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proven experience as Chief Operating Office for Lead gen, e-commerce or online, managing worldwide multicultural teams and customers
  • Establish and sustain policies that promote the organization’s culture, vision and mission, including oversight of best practices delivered in a 100% virtual business operation
  • Oversee overall global business operations and services including the firm’s Marketing, Sales, Operations, HR, Finance, delivered across multiple geographies and time zones
  • Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate partnerships, etc.)
  • Oversee and manage all relationships with customers, partners, vendors and other key stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal, communications and presentation and public speaking skills
