Equate Media is hiring for a Content Network and Display Media Buyer who has proven experience launching, managing and optimizing biddable media campaigns. Equate owns and operates several high traffic web properties across multiple verticals and is looking to expand its marketing efforts into media buying across the display network, content networks, 3rd party ad networks, and direct buys. This role will be responsible for creation, management, and optimization of biddable media campaigns across all Equate web properties.

Applicants should possess strong working knowledge of all major ad networks, campaign types, industry trends, industry tools and resources. Applicants should also possess general knowledge of SEM, SEO, affiliate marketing, and lead generation. This position will be expected to provide training and general knowledge transfer to other experienced marketing team members.

Equate Media is hiring a paid search associate with hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid search campaigns to help manage and support our PPC team. Equate currently runs over $5 million in annual paid search spend across multiple domains; come work alongside and learn from our team of industry recognized paid and natural search marketing experts while you get experience managing multiple $1M+ spend accounts.

Applicants should posses working knowledge of major networks such as Google Adwords, Bing Ads, and Yahoo Gemini. Experience with Facebook advertising a plus but not a requirement. Applicants should also posses general knowledge of SEM, SEO, affiliate marketing, and lead generation.

Responsibilities

  • Daily management of paid search campaigns
  • Analytics & reporting of campaign performance
  • Take direction from other team members to grow and improve performance of campaigns
  • Stay updated on all things paid search related

Requirements

  • 2+ years hands-on experience running, managing, testing & optimizing paid search campaigns
  • Working knowledge of major paid search networks such as Google Adwords
  • Working knowledge of campaign types, bid strategies and ad formats across major networks
  • Experience with A/B & multivariate testing a plus
  • Experience with Facebook Ads a plus
  • Applicants should be able to prove experience by pointing to direct projects they have worked on
